WOW! What a GREAT Show!

Team Light Rein had one of our best shows yet at the September Blue Ribbon Show!  Glenda won a Grand Champion and Reserve Champion at halter, as well as a first and second place, and multiple ribbons in her other classes.  Molly won 10 first place ribbons and 5 second place ribbons (point cards) as well as multiple ribbons in each of her events.  She even entered the Open Western Pleasure Jackpot class, winning it under both judges and walking away with the $40 first prize, and she got the High Point award for the show under both judges in both of her divisions, and came home with 4 High Point trophies.  Newcomers Kevin Kuzma and Julie Hoefling each did very well in their classes, with Kevin winning a second place in his horsemanship class and first place under both judges in his western pleasure class.  Julie got multiple ribbons in her classes riding "Zippin Champagne" a horse with very little prior show experience.  Congratulations, Team Light Rein!  We couldn't be more proud of all your accomplishments!

AzQHA Scholarship Show

Congratulations to Glenda Roberts and Molly Fisher, who were both in the ribbons at the September AzQHA Scholarship Show!  Glenda won First Place in Amateur Performance Halter Mares and Reserve Champion in Halter Mares.  Molly won Fifth Place in Novice Amateur Western Pleasure and Sixth Place in Novice Amateur Showmanship.  Great job, ladies!

A VERY pleasant surprise

Congratulations to both Molly Fisher and Glenda Roberts!  We were just notified by email this morning that both Team Light Rein members have qualified for the 2013 AQHA Novice World Championship Show!  We knew both ladies had qualified for the 2014 Show after their performances at the AQHA Region 7 Championship Show, but had they were pleasantly surprised to find that they had also both qualified for the 2013 Novice World Championship Show!

AQHA Region 7 Championship Show

Team Light Rein Cleaned UP at the AQHA Region 7 Championship show!  Region 7 comprises a four-state area, including California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah.  Both Fred Fisher and Glenda Roberts won First Place Champion of the four-state region, Fred in Open Performance Halter Mares and Glenda in Amateur Performance Halter Mares, with Glenda's horse, First Time Everytime, aka "Maddy".  Glenda has qualified for the 2014 AQHA Novice World Show.  Molly Fisher won a Top Five (4th Place) placing in the region in Novice Amateur Western Pleasure, and a Top Ten (8th Place) placing in Novice Amateur Showmanship with Kevin Kuzma's horse, Hes Always Zipped, aka "Wezley".  Molly has also qualified for the 2014 AQHA Novice World Show in both events.

Congratulations, Team Light Rein!
