Wow, what a busy, fun show for #TeamLightRein at the first-ever AzQHA Appreciation show! We had a total of 8 exhibitors and horses at this show, with PLENTY of 1st Place Ribbons and Top 5 placings! Everyone did really well, and we are so proud of you all! Here are some highlights: Kaitlyn Fisher placed 1st under every judge in all of her Trail classes, as well as 3rd in Ranch Riding and 2nd in Ranch on the Rail! Chris Clark placed 1st under all judges in her Western Pleasure class at her very FIRST AQHA Show! Kevin Kuzma placed 4,6 in Ranch on the Rail and 5th in Ranch Riding! Delia McCormick placed 1st and 3rd in her Showmanship classes, 2nd in Western Pleasure and 5,7 in Horsemanship! Ashley Belhumeur placed 1,2,4 in her Showmanship classes and 4,5,6 in her Western Pleasure classes! Amber Schuttey placed 2,5,8 in her Showmanship classes! Molly Fisher placed 1,3,4 in her Western Pleasure classes, 3rd in Halter, and 3rd and 4th in her Showmanship classes! And not to be outdone, our amazing trainer Fred placed 1,2 in Halter Fillies! #TeamLightRein did an awesome job at the Nov. 22nd Blue Ribbon show! 13-year-old Kaitlyn Fisher was High Point under BOTH judges in BOTH the English and Western divisions, showing "Angel" for the first time in English! Kevin Kuzma was Reserve High Point in the Ranch division! Dave Grazier was 2&3 in Reining, 3&4 in Ranch Riding! Chris Clark was 2nd in Western Pleasure and 3rd in Horsemanship! Richele Carroll was Top 3 in most of her classes, including a 2nd in Trail, and Tim Carroll got his name called (8th) in Halter, his second time ever showing! GREAT job, Team! #RideOn!

#TeamLightRein had an amazing time at the November 1st Blue Ribbon Show! We are especially proud of Tim Carroll, showing his very first time ever with his big 18+ hand Fresian cross "Claymore" in their very first Halter class! They did a great job! Just a few other highlights: Kaitlyn Fisher placed 1st in Trail and won a Blue Ribbon Jacket, Delia McCormick placed 1st in Showmanship and won a Blue Ribbon Jacket, Chris Clark placed 3rd in Horsemanship, Kevin Kuzma placed 2nd in Ranch on the Rail, Richele Carroll placed 4th in Western Pleasure and Reagan Holman placed 1st in Trail! These are just a few of the many ribbons won for our Team at this show, and all the horses did a great job at the new venue! Awesome job, Team! #RideOn!

#TeamLightRein had an awesome time at the 2020 Sonoita Quarter Horse Show! Kevin Kuzma was 2nd in L1 Ranch Riding and Kaitlyn Fisher was 1st in Youth Ranch Riding. Richele Carroll was 2nd in W/T Western Pleasure and 3rd in W/T Western Equitation with her HUGE (18+ HANDS) Fresian/Draft cross "Claymore", who was the talk of the show, especially after performing an awesome pattern in Trail. One confusing cone in the pattern caused a DQ, but everyone was impressed that such a huge horse could do Trail so beautifully! Delia McCormick was Reserve Grand Champion in Halter, 1/3 in Rookie Showmanship, 1/2 in L1 Showmanship, 1st in L1 W/T Horsemanship and 2nd in Western Equitation. Kaitlyn Fisher was 1st, Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion in Halter Mares, 2nd in Youth Showmanship, 1/2 in Youth L1 Western Pleasure, and 2/3 in Youth L2 Horsemanship. She was also 2nd in L1 Youth Hunt Seat Eq., 3rd in L2, and 3rd in both L1 and L2 HUS. Kaitlyn was 3rd overall in the High Point. And "Harley" the dog did an amazing job at his very first horse show ever! Congratulations, Team! #RideOn!🤠🤠🤠
