That's right!  This is our daughter, Kaitlyn Fisher, on the COVER of the Sept. issue of America's Horse magazine, the monthly publication that goes out to every AQHA member!!  Inside is an article about our relationship to General Sam Houston, who is Molly Fisher's great great grandfather.  We are beyond thrilled to be featured in this magazine and to have our own little girl grace the cover!  Editor Holly Clanahan says she thinks it's the cutest cover of the year, and we couldn't agree more!!

Team Light Rein had an awesome time at the AQHA Region 7 Championship show!  Despite a comedy of errors, including the center ceiling console in our truck (including a TV and speakers) falling on us while we were driving, a detour of over 100 miles due to a road closing, both of which caused delays so we had to drive all night long, locking the keys in our truck on the show grounds (how EMBARRASSING!), and Glenda twisting her ankle badly while practicing Showmanship (she had to scratch out of that class), Team Light Rein showed on, and we had a great show! Molly won a Top Five (4th Place) in Novice Am. Western Pleasure and a Top Ten (8th Place) in Novice Am. Showmanship with Kevin Kuzma's horse, Hes Always Zipped, to qualify for the 2014 AQHA Novice World Show.  Glenda won First Place in Novice Am. Performance Halter with her horse, First Time Everytime, and also qualified for the 2014 AQHA Novice World Show.  We couldn't be more proud of our team!  Congratulations, everyone!
